Menopause Counselling is provided specifically to help women adjust to the emotional and physical changes happening to their bodies including anxiety, depression, sleeping difficulties, stress, weight gain and mood swings.

Breathwork Therapy
Using the gentle breathing techniques can help with menopause symptoms by calming the nervous system, clearing the mind, managing physical pain and emotional stress and rejuvenating oxygen through the body.

Mind & Body Balance Therapy
The Mind and Body Balance Therapy used at Blossoming with Menopause is unique and gives women time to be in the present moment. We use a combination of holistic therapies including Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Reiki, and Massage Therapy. The combination of therapies help with the emotional and physical symptoms of menopause.

About Me.

Hello my name is Bec Norton and I am the founder of Blossoming with Menopause. I have been through my menopause that I like to call second puberty that started back when I was 40 and I was never diagnosed because of my age. I tried many different therapies to help with all the menopause symptoms thinking I was depressed and anti-depressants caused adverse reactions, HRT was not even suggested so I had no other alternative, but to find natural help. It wasn't until my early 50's when I realised that I had gone through menopause all on my own and now dedicated to helping other women who are trying to keep themselves blossoming whilst their mind and body goes through the inevitable transition.
I have studied and practiced different natural and holistic therapies since 2002 with the mission to help people through emotionally challenging times in their lives.

Professional Counselling, Breathwork Therapy, Reiki, Massage Therapy, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Guided Meditation and Stress Management.
